Padded Tables

Prerequisites
Browsers that are subjected to this test should support HTML tables and the padding properties of CSS.

1. Setting padding on tables

The following table has 50px padding set using CSS. There should therefore be a 50px gap between the outer table border (probably outset) and the inner cell border (probably inset).

Wrong: Border is a few pixels, inside the table there is a 50px gap between the border and the text. Right: Border appears 50px wide, inside the table there is no gap between the border and the text.
